The Redmi 13C and Redmi 13C 5G have been introduced in India, with prices ranging from ₹7,999 to ₹13,499 at launch. These smartphones represent the most recent version of the Redmi ‘C’ series range.
With the release of the Redmi 13C and Redmi 13C 5G smartphones, Chinese smartphone manufacturer Redmi has revealed the newest models in its “C” series of phones in India. The top-end model of the new “C” series smartphones costs ₹13,499, while the base model costs ₹7,999.
Redmi 13C specifications:
The 6.74-inch HD+ display on the Redmi 13C has a refresh rate of 90 Hz, 600 x 720 pixel resolution, and a maximum brightness of 450 nits.To handle demanding graphics tasks, the smartphone’s octa-core MediaTek Helio G85 chipset is paired with a Mali-G57 MP2 GPU. The low-cost smartphone has 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage that can be expanded to 1TB using the micro-SD card slot, and up to 8GB of RAM in addition to support for 8GB of virtual RAM.
In terms of optics, the Redmi 13C has three cameras: a secondary 50MP sensor, a secondary 2MP macro lens, and an additional secondary 2MP lens. To meet users’ needs for selfies and video calls, the smartphone also has a 5MP front-facing camera.
The inexpensive smartphone has a 5,000 mAh battery that an 18W charger can quickly charge. Nevertheless, the phone’s box only includes a 10W charger.

With a higher peak brightness of 600 nits, the 6.74-inch HD+ display on the Redmi 13C 5G is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass.

Furthermore, the pricing of the Redmi 13C 5G is ₹9,999 for the 4GB RAM/128GB storage variant, ₹11,499 for the 6GB RAM/128GB storage variant, and ₹13,499 for the 8GB RAM/256GB storage variant.
The smartphones are available for purchase on Amazon, Xiaomi Retail, and Mi.com, with an extra ₹1,000 off when using ICICI Bank credit cards.
The Redmi 13C 5G will be accessible starting on December 16, while the Redmi 13C will go on sale on December 12 at 12 p.m.
