The Duke and Duchess of Sussex unveiled their holiday card for 2023 on Friday. It is an electronic greeting that was sent via email on behalf of their Archewell organization.

“We hope you have a wonderful holiday season. The card says, “Thanks for all of your support in 2023.” Additionally, it provides a link to the couple’s yearly Archewell Foundation impact report, which includes a video that highlights some of their accomplishments from the previous year.

Meghan and Harry selected a picture from the 2023 Invictus Games closing ceremony, which was held in Düsseldorf, Germany, in September. Meghan, 42, and Harry, 39, looked stunning for the event. Meghan wore a green strapless dress with delicate laser-cut flower details, while Harry looked dapper in a black suit with a black dress shirt underneath. Bruce Springsteen’s hit song “Born in the USA” was playing as the couple applauded and clapped as the U.S. team entered the stage.

Only a few hours had passed since Harry’s lawsuit against Mirror Group Newspapers for phone hacking had been successful. After winning, Harry released the following statement: “I’ve been told that killing dragons will get you burned, but given today’s victory and the significance of doing what is required for a free and honest press, it is a price worth paying. The task at hand continues.

Princess Lilibet, 2, and Prince Archie, 4, are “enjoying” the holidays with their parents, Meghan and Harry. While Meghan was walking the red carpet at Variety’s Power of Women event in Los Angeles last month, a reporter asked her about her favorite holiday custom.

She said, “That’s a great question,” while considering her kids. “We’re cherishing every moment with our little ones while they’re still small.”

For the couple, releasing a holiday card has become a ritual. For their holiday greeting last year, the couple selected a black-and-white picture of themselves at the Robert F. Kennedy Ripple of Hope Award Gala in New York City.

The 2022 card read, “Wishing you a joyful holiday season.” “We wish you health, peace, and a very happy new year from our family to yours and on behalf of our teams at The Archewell Foundation, Archewell Audio, and Archewell Productions.”

The text read, “Prince Harry and Meghan, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex,” and both of their signatures said, “Best wishes.”

The first public image of Meghan and Harry’s June 2021-born daughter Lili was featured on their holiday card. The photo, which was taken at the couple’s Santa Barbara, California home by their wedding photographer, Alexi Lubomirski, showed Harry holding Archie while Meghan was lifting Lili into the air.

The card said, “We welcomed our daughter, Lilibet, into the world this year, 2021.” Lili formed our family, and Archie gave us a “Mama” and a “Papa.” We have donated on your behalf to a number of organizations that honor and protect families as we move forward into 2022, from those relocating from Afghanistan to American families in need of paid parental leave.”

A picture of Archie and their two dogs, Pula and Guy, taken by Meghan’s mother Doria Ragland, was illustrated on their 2020 card. (They have since added Mia, a third puppy, to their brood.) The previous year, Meghan and Harry sent Archie their first Christmas card together as a family of three. They were spending the holidays on Vancouver Island in Canada at the time.

The couple, who had just married, shared their first Christmas card together in 2018 along with an exclusive photo from their royal wedding reception at Frogmore House.
