CTET Admit Card 2024 Live: The CTET Admit Card 2024 has been made available by the Central Board of Secondary Education. Applicants who have registered for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test can obtain their hall passes by visiting ctet.nic.in, the official website of the CBSE CTET.

The date of the CTET exam is set for January 21, 2024. Two shifts will be held for the examination: Paper II, the first shift, will take place from 9.30 am to 12 noon, and Paper I, the second shift, will take place from 2 pm to 4.30 pm.

The candidates must arrive at the testing location 120 minutes prior to the start of the test, at 7:30 AM for Paper II and 12:00 PM for Paper I.

CTET 2024 admit cards out: Exam day instruction

The candidate should carry a ballpoint pen, either blue or black, to jot down any personal information.

The Center Superintendent will not permit candidates to enter the examination center under any circumstances if they do not have a valid admit card and an original photo ID.

The candidate is not permitted to leave the testing room before the test is over without signing the attendance record.

The candidate must adhere closely to the guidelines outlined in the information bulletin.

CTET 2024: Check reporting time

The candidates are expected to arrive at the testing location 120 minutes prior to the test’s start time. The candidate will not be permitted to take the exam if they arrive at the center after the gate closes.

Two shifts of the national teacher eligibility test will take place on January 21. The exam is administered in two shifts: from 9:30 am to 12 pm and from 2:30 pm to 5 pm.

CTET 2024: Exam pattern

There will be two papers of CTET.

(i) Paper I will be for a person who intends to be a teacher for classes I to V.

(ii) Paper II will be for a person who intends to be a teacher for classes VI to VIII

CTET 2024: Language of question paper

The language of the Main question paper shall be Bilingual (Hindi/English).

There won’t be a second evaluation or verification of the findings. Regarding this, no correspondence will be answered.

CTET examination will be conducted on January 21, 2024. Paper II will be conducted from 9.30 am to 12 noon and Paper I will be conducted from 2 pm to 4.30 pm.

CTET 2024: Structure of exam

All questions in CTET will be Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), with four alternatives out of whichone answer will be most appropriate. Each carrying one mark and there will be no negative marking.There will be two papers of CTET.

(i) Paper I will be for a person who intends to be a teacher for classes I to V.

(ii) Paper II will be for a person who intends to be a teacher for classes VI to VIII.

CTET 2024: Passing marks

A person who scores 60% ormore in the TET exam will be considered as TET pass.

(a) School managements (Government, local bodies, government aided and unaided) may considergiving concessions to person belonging to SC/ST,OBC, differently abled persons, etc., inaccordance with their extant reservation policy.

(b) Should give weightage to the CTET scores in the recruitment process however, qualifying the CTET would not confer a right on any person for recruitment/employment as it is only one of the eligibility criteria for appointment.
